Congratulations !Ko Wen-je ( 柯文哲) won the Taipei city mayor election on Nov.29,2014. Last year, he was an attending physician at National Taiwan University Hospital in Taipei city. Ko Wen-je doesn't belong to any Political Party ( KMT ) in Taiwan . His victory has broken many records in Taiwan's election history.
